Surface Water Conversion Town Hall Meeting Cypress Methodist Church
Good day Everyone,
North Harris County Regional Water Authority (NHCRWA) and Inframark have scheduled a Town Hall meeting to present on surface water conversion in the Cypress Area.
The meeting will be held at the Cypress Methodist Church, 13403 Cypress North Houston Road, on September 18, 2025, from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
The meeting will feature Carolo Engineering, program engineer, and Inframark, operator for the NHCRWA. This Town Hall will be a power point presentation and a panel discussion with a question-and-answer session. This is geared for you, the customer.

WaterSmart is a free online tool that allows you to track your water usage easily. We encourage you to sign up using your account number at hcfwsd61.watersmart.com.
This platform helps you monitor your water consumption, so you can quickly identify discrepancies if our charges don’t align with your expectations. It’s also useful for tracking water usage when watering the lawn or if you suspect a plumbing issue that may be contributing to high consumption.
Additionally, we will be using this portal to send important updates, such as health notices or service outages, to the email address provided.
