BOND ELECTIONS – Pursuant to Texas Election Code section 4.003(f), if the District calls a bond election, it must, during the 21 days before the election, prominently post on this website the order calling the bond election, the notice of such election, and the contents of the proposition to be voted upon.

Pursuant to Subchapter B, Chapter 1251, if the District calls a bond election, it must, during the 21 days before the election and ending on the day after the election, will prepare a voter information document (VID) for each debt obligation proposition to be considered at an election.
