How can I pay my taxes?
Payments can be made through the mail or in person at our office located at 13205 Cypress N Houston Rd, Cypress TX 77429. Please note that our office hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.
During office hours we accept checks and money orders.
We also accept credit/debit cards with the MasterCard, Visa, Discover logo, in person or over the phone. There is a 3% charge to use credit card via phone or in our office.
A drop box is available, on the right side of the building. Please put your bill stub with your check or money order in an envelope or paper clip them together. Please be sure to write your account number on the check or money order.
How do I change the name or address on my account?
Name and address changes must be filed with Harris County Appraisal District.
What if I have not received my tax statement in the mail?
If you have not received your tax statement please contact our office. 281-469-9405
Pursuant to Texas Property Tax Code, Sec. 31.01 (g) – failure to receive the tax bill does not affect the tax, penalty, interest or the due date.
If I am disabled or 65 or older can I make payments?
If you are disabled or 65 or older you are able to pay your taxes in quarterly installments. Please notify the tax office if this is something that you are interested in doing.
The 1st payment is due by January 31st
The 2nd payment is due by March 31st
The 3rd payment is due by May 31st
The 4th payment is due by July 31st
